Breut is a reporting automation platform for digital marketing agencies, operated by Breut Ltd. When we say "Breut", "we", "us" or "our" in this policy, we mean Breut Ltd.

We collect the following data when you use Breut:

• Account data: Your email address, password (hashed), and agency name when you sign up.
• Client data: Names, websites, and contact email addresses of clients you add to Breut.
• Integration tokens: OAuth access and refresh tokens for Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other connected platforms. Stored securely and used solely to fetch data for your reports.
• Analytics data: Performance metrics fetched from connected platforms on your behalf.
• Billing data: Your subscription status and plan, managed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
• Usage data: Which features you use and when, to improve the product.

Breut uses the following third-party services to operate:

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by contacting us at team@breut.com.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at team@breut.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Breut uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
