// automated alerting

Know before
your client does.

Breut monitors your clients' ad accounts every 6 hours. The moment something looks wrong — a spend spike, a conversion drop — you get an alert before your client notices. No dashboards to check. No manual monitoring. Just a message when it matters.

What Breut monitors

CRITICAL
Spend Spike
Platforms: Google Ads + Meta Ads
Trigger
Daily spend is more than 50% above the 7-day rolling average.
Why it matters
A spend spike could mean a campaign went out of control — rogue bidding, a creative performing unexpectedly well, or an account compromise. Catching it early saves budget and avoids awkward client conversations.
"Nova Interiors Meta Ads: daily spend €480 — 62% above 7-day avg (€296)."
WARNING
Conversion Drop
Platforms: Google Ads + Meta Ads
Trigger
Zero conversions recorded yesterday when the 7-day average is more than 2 per day.
Why it matters
A sudden conversion drop usually means a tracking issue, a landing page problem, or a campaign that stopped delivering. Finding it the next morning means you can fix it before an entire week of budget is wasted.
"Peak Performance Google Ads: 0 conversions yesterday — 7-day avg is 4.2/day."

How alerts are delivered

{@}
Email alert
An email is sent to the agency owner immediately when an alert fires. Includes the client name, alert type, exact numbers, and a direct link to the client's dashboard.
{//}
Slack notification
If you've connected a Slack webhook in Settings, the same alert is posted to your Slack channel in real time. Format is clean and scannable — one line per alert.
{!}
In-app alert feed
All alerts from the last 7 days are visible in the Alerts tab of your dashboard with status, client, and timestamp. No alerts ever get lost.
Smart deduplication
Breut won't spam you. Once an alert fires for a client, the same alert type won't re-fire for that client within 24 hours — even if the condition is still true. You get one alert, not fifty.
Check frequency
Breut checks all connected accounts every 6 hours. Alerts are typically delivered within a few minutes of the check completing — far faster than any manual monitoring setup.

Never get caught off guard again.
